Returns

Define Fashion Boutique does not offer free return shipping on orders that were fulfilled correctly. Before you shop, please review the measurements and sizing carefully. If you have questions related to sizing, please email info@define-fashion.com.

 

As a small business, we cannot issue refunds to the initial method of payment. We are able to offer store credit for items that are eligible for returns. Store credit does not expire. Please note: Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. Additional items not eligible for returns include Sale items, bodysuits, intimate apparel, and preowned items. 

Once your return is received and processed, we will email you an E-Gift Card that never expires. Please allow 3-5 business days after return is received for store credit to be delivered. The amount of your Store Credit will be only for the item(s) you purchased and does not include the shipping cost.

New shoes may be returned for store credit, but they must be unworn and free of any scuffs or marks. 

Shoes sold as pre-loved, including those with tags and boxes, cannot be returned. All sales are final on preowned items.

Merchandise that is eligible for return for store credit must be postmarked within 14 days of the delivery date. 

Please allow 3-5 business days for return processing. If an item is ineligible for a return and it is included, we will send the ineligible item back to you.
